I know what it feels like to sit in a room full of providers who all seem to have it figured out. I also know that a lot of it isn't real. Early in my career I was burned out, underpaid, and surrounded by ego-driven advice that made me feel like I was doing everything wrong. The truth was, nobody was teaching us how to actually run a business. I started The Practice Simplified because I didn't want other providers to go through what I went through — feeling lost, overwhelmed and too proud to ask for help. This is a judgment-free zone. No ego, no bravado, just honest coaching from someone who has been exactly where you are.
